She is survived by : her boyfriend Gary; her children, Jessica, Jennifer (Tony), Chase and Cody; and her grandchildren, Brooke Garris, Raegan Lohman, Ava Lochhead, Riley Lochhead, Clayton Usher and Austin Usher (Tyson Usher). She is also survived by many nephews.
