He is survived by: his wife Jean Schoeppel; his children, David (Celia), Michelle (Shawn) and John R.; his brother John "Jack" (Sherrie); his grandchildren, William Ethan Kumke, Zachary Kumke, Hannah Schweizer, Austin Schweizer, Joshua Kumke (Brittany), Chelsy Kumke, Johnathon Kumke (Emilee) and Savannah Kumke; and his great grandchildren, Quentin, Isla, Alina, Aubree, Brynlee, Bohdi, Haislea, Aurora and Scottie.
