He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otis and Frances Rainey; and his brother William Otis Rainey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bigham; his children, Brian, Brittany (Daniel) and Courtney (Brandon); his brother David Rainey (Carla); and his grandchildren, River Hayden, Kenzi, Kapri, Kash Bruno, Chandler, Meleah and Mavery HowardMany. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mary's Residence.
