Velazquez; and his siblings, Jesus A. Velazquez Jr., Jorge Velazquez, Javier Velazquez, Juan Velaquez and Myrna Garcia (late Eloy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 5:00 PM.
