He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Jedlicka (Pat); and his parents, Francis Jedlicka and Barbara Jedlicka. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Lindsay Wood (Ryan) and Michael Jedlicka (Caitlin); his stepsons, David Slimp (Rachel) and Jacob Slimp; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Gwyn Wood, McKenzie, Jordan, Cooper Jedlicka, Fiona and Grady Slimp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
