He is survived by: his children, Modesto Diaz III, Dolores Diaz (Angel Carrera), Grace Guillermo (Roy) and Virginia Diaz (Che Guillermo); his grandchildren, Cassandra Diaz, Angel Carrera III, Anthony Diaz, Rene Carrera, Abel Lopez, Luis Ramirez, Gabriel Ramirez, Nicole, Emmanuel Guillermo, Samantha Ashley Jacobo, Matthew Justin Diaz, Che Anthony Guillermo Jr., Chi-Ann Esperanza Guillermo, Jason Gonzalez, Amanda Alonzo and Tracy Lynn Garcia; his great great grandchildren, Alexis Carrera, Jazmine Carrera, Alanah Carrera, Reese Gudino, Mia Buchard, Jayla Ramos, Rayden Piskula, Aaron Carrera, Damian Carrera, Amira Piskula, Juaquin, Rolando Jacobo, Elijah Guillermo and Eva Lopez; and his siblings, Ninfa Vasquez, Amelia Gonzalez, Irene Esparza, Delfina Duran, Sylvia Jones and Gustavo Diaz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
