She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Sr.; her grandson Drake Wood; her siblings, Irene Gray, John T., James, Walter and David Sheller; and her parents, John Sheller and Alice Sheller.
She is survived by: her son Michael Elson Jr. (Eden); her stepsons, Erik Wood (Teresa) and Shaun Wood; her grandchildren, Anya Elson, Ben Pitlik, Noah Pitlik and Alexis Wood; and her sisters, Alice Sheller and Mary Kevoian.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (718 Hazelwood Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217).
