She was predeceased by: her husband John Siwula; and her parents, James Lewis and Ruth Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin and Jeff Siwula; and her siblings, James Lewis (late Barbara) and Mary Ann. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 8:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Christina Church (3342 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655).
