Mary C. Steinbach Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Mary C. Steinbach (Chicago Ridge, Illinois). Mary, born on October 24, 1932, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald C. Steinbach; her son John Steinbach (Ruth); her parents, Terrence Cassidy and Catherine Cassidy; and her brother Patrick Cassidy (late Marie).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Wingate (late Dale), Mary Ellen Nawara (late Martin) and George Steinbach (Deanna Mallery); and her siblings, Peter Cassidy and Betty McInerney (late Ray). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Linus Church (10300 Lawler Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org) or a charity of your choice will be appreciated.
