He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Moss and Alex Moss Sr.; his significant other Lorraine Kendall-Moss; his siblings, James Moss, Lorraine Moss-Fitzpatrick (Otis Fitzpatrick Sr.) and Mary Ella Moss-Fitzpatrick (Danny Fitzpatrick Sr.); and his nephew Otis Fitzpatrick Jr. Eric Kendall.
He is survived by: his children, Cammise Tubbs-Simms (Richard Simms Jr.) of Chicago, IL and Chris Kendall of Chicago, IL; his stepdaughters, Celeste and Angela Kearney of Chicago, IL; his aunt Ernestine Davis; his godson Robert Larue "Rudy" of Chicago, IL; his close friend Brown of Arkansas; his nieces and nephews, Beaulla Moss-Hall, Denise, Rhonda FitzPatrick, Lorriece FitzPatrick, Michelle FitzPatrick, Angie FitzPatrick and Chris (Byron Kendall); his grandchildren, Rihanna, Angelo, Sade', Lil Richard, Domonique, Madison, Keyonte, Ivan, Herchel, Courtney, Terrence Jr., Jayce'on, Deja, Donna, Charlene and Kim Tillman; and his friends, McKinnely Senior Suite Building and Dave (Molly) of Chicago, IL.
