She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Kuzmik and Tekla Kuzmik. She is survived by: her pet Mika.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A wake will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church (739 N Oakley Blvd, Chicago, IL 60612). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery (8851 W Higgins Rd, Chicago, IL 60631).
