She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw Lukaszczyk; her grandson Matthew Lukaszczyk; her parents, Julia Plewa and Antoni Plewa; and her siblings, Jan, Maria Mikolajczyk (late Jozef) and Stanislaw Plewa.
She is survived by: her children, Grace Fuks and Andrew Lukaszczyk (Anna); her grandchildren, Joseph A Fuks Jr., Kassandra Hehn (Adam), Alyssa Fuks and Patricia Lukaszczyk; her great grandchild Adam M Hehn Jr.; and her siblings, Elżbieta Lapczynski (late Kazimierz), Aniela Zadora (late Henryk), Franciszek Plewa (late Krystyna) and Bolesław Plewa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Szykowny Funeral Home Ltd. (4901 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Bruno Church (4751 S Harding Ave, Chicago, IL 60632).
