She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Weinreich and Paula Weinreich; her husband Edward Mikolajczak; her sons, Jeff, Wayne and Gary; and her grandson Martin Mikolajczak.
She is survived by: her son Jack Mikolajczak (Rachel Jackson); and her daughter-in-law Rose Marie Mikolajczak (Gary). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
