He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Haynes and Joseph Rodgers; his siblings, Joseph T. Rodgers, Kenneth Haynes and Veronica Haynes; his grandparents, Clara Haynes and Robert Haynes; and his grandchildren, Tyreik Daniels and Tionna Nunn.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Martinez; his sibling's children, Quinton Sprull, Kenneth Haynes, Kenyada Haynes, Ken Kevin Haynes, Kenashley Haynes, Marissa Dobynes, Richard Smith and Laurencia Haynes; his sister-in-law Hope Miller Haynes; his cousins, Beverly Haynes, Shirley Haynes (Anita), Gwendolyn Haynes and Clifton Haynes; and his aunt Girtha Lee Haynes. He is also survived by two children, ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
