She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Azukas and Mary Azukas; her husband Robert Kovera; her daughter Linda Kovera; and her brother John Azukas (Susan).

She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Elliott (Robert Elliott) and Kathy Knabel Bailey (Randy Hoy); her grandsons, Michael Knabel and Brian Robinson (Kathryn); her stepgrandchildren, Elyse Hunter and Hanna Barnett; her great grandchildren, Asa Robinson, Silas Robinson, Beatrix Hunter, James Hunter and Logan Hunter; and her sister Rita Loftus (William Loftus). She is also survived by her six nieces and nephews.
