She was predeceased by: her husband Jerrold "Jerry"; and her parents, Sol Sugarman and Ida Sugarman. She is survived by: her children, Jedd (Lena), Jill (Timothy Kane) and Dr. Jeff (Allison); her grandchildren, Jackie, David, Joseph, James, Isaac, Ethan, Liam, Nathan, Alex and Sabrina; and her pet Daisy.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
