He is survived by: his children, Kay Holler of Chicago and Tom Kudart of Hawthorne, California.; his grandchildren, John Holler (Katia Barron) of Chicago, Nanda Holler of Chicago, Beth Holler of Chicago and Chintan Holler of Chicago; his son-in-law Steve Holler; his nieces and nephews, Craig Johnson, David Lambert (Nancy), Jo Lynn Lambert (Mike Larrance) and Karla Gundlach (Todd); his brother-in-law Calvin Lambert; his cousin Allan Bostelmann (Margaret); his wife Pat; his in-laws, Maye and Clifford Brown; his sister Shirley Johnson; his brother-in-law Willard Johnson; Mary Jo Sweeney.
