She is survived by: her close friend Citibank; her siblings, John Radner, Mary Ann Pike and Kathleen Radner; her niece Ingrid Graf; her cousin Dorene McCauley; her pets, Snufkin, Womble, Potter, Toffle and Mybel; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua Radner (Anna (Cole)), Jack Radner (Emily (Gus), Cindy Paulauskas and Lydon. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harbor Point (155 Harbor Dr, Chicago, IL 60601).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's honor to any charity supporting children, education, or animals.
