She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Blitstein; her daughter Melissa Blitstein; her parents, Jacob Ellis and Jennie Ellis; and her siblings, Esther Slosberg (Harry), Shirley Willens (Nathan), Sylvia Funtowitz (Sol), Ben Ellis (Ethel) and Sam Ellis (Sylvia).
She is survived by: her children, Michele Felman (Harvey), Jerrold Blitstein (Gayle), Alan Blitstein (Marcia), Bubie (Jenny) of Joshua, Shana Felman (Steven Ommundson), Jason Blitstein, Erica Zych (Brad), Michael Blitstein (Marisa), Lana, Jessica Blitstein, Sage Felman, Zoe, Zac Blitstein and Madison Zych.
