She is survived by: her sons, Robert and Dennis Kostolansky (Deborah); her grandchildren, Ryan (Kari), Sean (Margaret) and Kristin Kostolansky; and her great grandchildren, Kinsey, Cade, Cole, Conner, Grace and Lily. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
