She is survived by: her son Sean Young; her daughter-in-law Latonya Young; her granddaughters, Tamika and Tashawna; her great grandchildren, Kyree and Dreshawn; her siblings, Earnestine (Richard), Shirley, Mae, Linda and Robert (Lillie); and her close friend Yvonne Moore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Brian P. Pickett Funeral Home (5301 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60644). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
