Carmen L. Cabrera Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Carmen L. Cabrera (Chicago, Illinois) is shared. Carmen, born on December 4, 1958, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Carmen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Carmen by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Carmen is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Carmen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Carmelo, Jr.; her sons, Eric (Zenaida) and Emanuel (Lianet); her grandson Ayden; and her parents, Dolores Rivera and Julia Rivera.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rago Brothers Funeral Homes.
