With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Womack of Chicago, Illinois, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 4, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kermit Walker and Zuella Walker (Mooney); her spouse Jessie Ray Womack; her daughter Amy Ruth; her son-in-law Martin Rios; her son Tom Womack; her grandchildren, Jessica and Clayton Womack; and her brother Kermit Walker. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given in her memory to the Women's Ministry of the First Baptist Church, Dallas to benefit the single mothers of the church.
