With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine O'Keefe (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on April 2, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis; and her siblings, Michael (late Barbara), John O'Grady (Carol), Patricia O'Hern (late Don) and Mae.

She is survived by: her children, Eileen Ebner (John), Kevin (Carrie), John, James (Peggy) and Sheila Infelise; her grandchildren, Kelly Jacobson (John), Erin Hibner (Zach), Katie Weir (Corey), Conor Infelise (Ahna), Michael Infelise, Stephan (Liz) and Erin Hutter; and her sisters, Margaret Finnegan (late James) and Rosemary Sivore (James).
