We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Charlie Sullivan (Chicago, Illinois). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Jeri Sullivan; and his uncle Nick Petersen. He is survived by: his grandfather Bob; his parents, Susan Sullivan (Petersen) and Brendan Sullivan; his siblings, Mac, Harry and Rose; his grandparents, Mary Morrison and Brendan Sullivan (late Jeri); and his aunts and uncles, Sarah Petersen (Mike McCann), Ben Petersen (Michelle), Amanda Petersen (late Nick), Tom Sullivan (Laurie), Mary Kopale (Bob), Mike Sullivan (Alice), Amy Golon (James) and Sean Sullivan (Laura).

In lieu of flowers, we would like to set up a scholarship fund in Charlie's name to support music education and social justice. Donations can be made out to the "Chicago Community Trust Foundation" in Charlie's name.
