He was predeceased by: his siblings, Francisco Fraga, Nazaria Villanueva Fraga, Taide Salinas, Victoriana Vigil and Alejo Fraga.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Inez; his children, Jesús "Chuy" Fraga, María "Fina" Rodríguez (Gelacio Rodríguez), Fernando Fraga, Sylvia Fraga, Cesar Fraga and Viviana Fraga-Duarte (Oscar Duarte); his grandchildren, Andrés Rodríguez (Lucero Rodríguez), Elizabeth Fraga (Víctor Mendoza), Micaella González (Charles Mendoza), Patricia Rodríguez, Mateo Rodríguez, Gael Duarte and Ezra Duarte; his great grandchildren, Joaquín Fraga, Zoraida Rodríguez, Elena Mendoza, Oliver Mendoza and Noelle Rodríguez; and his siblings, Refugio Fraga, Paulino Fraga, Gavino Fraga, Antonio Fraga, Felipa Fraga, Porfiria Lira and Filiberto Fraga. He is also survived by his family, his nieces & nephews and friends.
