He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Nellie; and his sister Ellen Cieniewicz (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (McAvoy); his children, Brian (Jodi), Erin (Andy) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Casey O'Donnell, Corey O'Donnell, Kirby O'Donnell, Haley Clark, Emily Clark and Shannon Clark; and his sister Sheila DeLattre (Dwight). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
