He is survived by: his wife Diane O'Sullivan; his children, Sean O'Sullivan (Barbara), Amy Popiela (Glen), Brendan O'Sullivan and Damian O'Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Alex Pappas, Catie Pappas, Jessica Popiela, Megan O'Sullivan, Jake O'Sullivan, Teagan O'Sullivan, Gannon O'Sullivan, Molly O'Sullivan and Cormac O'Sullivan. He is also survived by many extended family, friends, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McInerney Central Chapel (4635 S Wallace St, Chicago, IL 60609).
