He was predeceased by: his son David Buduris Jr.; and his parents, James and Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his daughter Pamela Garrity (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Antonio, Kennedy, Madison, Harper and Emery; and his siblings, Marie, Matthew, James and Carol.
