He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Sebastian and Marie Cortez; and his sisters, Maxine Quiroz (Santiago), Eleanor Cortez, Dorothy Gomez (Conrad), Christine Navarro (Rigoberto) and Linda Cortez.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, John, Donald (Jeanne), Lisa Grzelak (Michael), Lynette Herrera (Rich), Monica (Louie) and Erica (Gary); his grandchildren, Christina (Oscar), Alyssa, Julien, Manuel, Ricky, Andrea and Donald; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia and Claire.
