She is survived by: her sons, Roger (Kathey Bolerjack) of Carmi and Glenn (Jann Bolerjack) of The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Tammy Beals (Jerry) of Calhoun, KY, Brock Bolerjack (Carrie) of Carmi, Brady Bolerjack of Tampa, FL, Adam Bolerjack of Indianapolis, IN and Cory Bolerjack of Carmi; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Juliana Bolerjack of Carmi.
