He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Narciso Hilo and Bella Hilo; his wife Mylene Ongos; his children, David (Hazel), Matthew (Kay), Kristen (Greg) and Edward; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Amelia, Jhene and Ashanti.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lambert Church (8148 Karlov Ave, Skokie, IL 60076).
In lieu of flowers memorials in Ed's name would be appreciated to the Rogationist Seminary Manila.
