It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie G. Kabza (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kabza; and her siblings, Clare Slowik (late Rudolph), Edward Pokusa (late Lee), Chester Pokusa and Emily Roth (late Leo).

She is survived by: her daughter Charmaine Black (David). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
