He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis "Frank", Christine "Tina" Kmetz, Harry and Joyce Lowe; and his uncle Eric William Kmetz.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Kmetz and Debra Lowe Smith; his siblings, Angela Maulding Kmetz, Elizabeth Clubb (David) and Anthony "Tony" Kmetz; his aunts and uncles, Deana Lowe Batson, Dianne Ahrens (Bill), Kitty Kmetz, John Lowe (Donna), Alan Kmetz (Cindy) and Charles Dehn (Jan); and his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Alexa, Hannah, Ava and Colton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Randy's Rescue Ranch.
