She is survived by: her children, Terry Leong (Gary Hagel) and Gary Leong (Erlinda); her grandsons, Lance, Vincent (Reanne Young), Frank Leong and Richard Maltz (Sarah); and her great grandchild Asher.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Dalcamo Funeral Home (470 W 26th St, Chicago, IL 60616). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
