He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Agustin and Marta Agustin. He is survived by: his wife Ediltrudes Corpuz Agustin; his grandchildren, Dylan, Justin Krueger, Emmett and Colette Agustin; and his siblings, Nicolasa, Jacinta, Dionesia, Aurelia, Sanang, Salud, Patring and Purita.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (4432 N Troy St, Chicago, IL 60625). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
