She is survived by: her children, Judith D'Agata (Dominick) and Michael Tinerella (Lisa Ferraris); her grandchildren, Dominick D'Agata (Marissa) and Jenna Bazarnik (Blake); her great grandchildren, Dominick, Leonardo, Marko D'Agata, Jackson and Cameron Bazarnik; and her sister Vita Shapiro.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rago Brothers Funeral Homes. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. William Catholic Church (2600 N Sayre Ave, Chicago, IL 60707). A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
