He is survived by: his wife Kathy Eby; his sons, Jerry Eby (Debbie) of Roselle, IL and Jim Eby (Irene) of Thompson Station, TN; his siblings, Angela Sicha (Ted) of Perrysburg, OH, John Eby (Leslie) of Monroe, Patricia Carroll (Wes) of Maybee, MI and Marcia Hancock (Kevin Serpa) of Ledyard; and his granddaughters, Alyssa, Sydney and Sarah Eby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
