It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jean Williams (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son James Anthony "Tony" K. Williams (Contessa); her siblings, JoAnn Gamble (Dwight Sr.), Annette Johnson, Welsie Johnson, LaJoie Johnson, LaVon Johnson, Rita Johnson, Angela Johnson, Joe Johnson Jr. and Twenty; and her nieces and nephews, Alexis, Anastasia, Anton, Robert, Briana, Brittney, Curtis, De'Andrea, Dwight Jr., Hagar, Nicole (Hanifah), Haaruwn, Jacqueline, Jasmine, Jeffrey, Jeremiah, Malcolm, Naomi, Sabrina, Saliyha and Zadeek. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, family, and friends.
Prior to the pandemic she routinely enjoyed trips to the cinema and live theatre.
