He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel Guzman and Maria DeJesus Guzman; his wife Elvia Guzman-Ocaña; his children, Cristopher Guzmán (Janette Villegas), Gustavo Guzmán and Emanuel Guzmán (Nina); and his grandchild Emalene Guzmán.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (8025 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine (1170 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
