Hannah will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Hannah by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Hannah is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Hannah’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Becky, Robert Mac Knight and Sylvia Clapp Sr.; and her pet Goldie. She is survived by: her mother Vanessa Clapp; and her brother Robert "Robby" Clapp III (Morgan). She is also survived by her family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mentor Beach Park Building (North Room) (7779 Lakeshore Blvd, Mentor, OH 44060).
