He was predeceased by: his wives, Kathleen and Juanita Daniels; and his sister Ruth MacKay. He is survived by: his children, Steven Strauss (Amy) and Susan Keating (Neal); his grandchildren, Jade Dubiel, Carter, Maylynn Strauss and Madeleine Rodriguez; his siblings, Eric Strauss (Malka) and Fond; his nephew John; and his niece Margaret Hasenberg.
