It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Smith (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joseph Jr. and Pauline. She is survived by: her sibling Castro; her significant other Lorenzo Smith; her children, Gloria Watkins, Linda L. Smith, Valerie Johnson (Johnny) and Eric Smith (Nikki); and her daughter-in-law Gloria Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
