She is survived by: her children, Peggy Strocchia (Marty), Jim (Eileen) and Michael Fitzgerald (Maria); her grandchildren, Nick Strocchia (Liz), Katie Tagler, Maripat Janchenko (Jimmy), Juliann, Tricia Sherlock (Jack), Kevin, Reilly, Marykate, Keira Fitzgerald, Ryan, Nicholas and Megan Fitzgerald; and her sister Margaret Nicholas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel (7740 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60620). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
