She was predeceased by: her spouse Czeslaw Adamczyk; her son Alfred Adamczyk; her parents, Salomea Zabek and Franciszek Zabek; her siblings, Alojzy Zabek (late Zofia), Krystyna Stoklosa (late Stefan) and Wieslaw Zabek (Genowefa); and her sisters-in-law, Stanislawa Koziol (Jan) and Maria Lazarz (late Fryderyk).
She is survived by: her children, Lucyna Juchas (Joe) and Andrzej (Janina); her grandchildren, Bernadetta Cyboran (Lukasz), Arkadiusz, Michal, Lukasz, Jakub Adamczyk, Caroline, Diana and Isabella Juchas; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Lilliana, Adriana and Gabriel; and her siblings-in-law, Cecylia Stoklosa (late Michal), Jozef Adamczyk (Bronislawa) and Alfreda Kasza (late Wladyslaw). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
