We announce the death of Irene Heneghan (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on October 9, 2026. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Nora Geschrey, Catherine Coyne (Michael), Kevin (Karol), Maureen, Siobhan Cravens (Scott), Thomas (Carol) and Margaret Mary Flood; and her grandchildren, Thomas, John, Kelly Geschrey, Kevin, Sean Heneghan, Jimmy, Patrick, Brendan Cravens, Aidan and Jack Flood.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gibbons Family Funeral Home (5917 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:15 AM and at 10:00 AM.
