She was predeceased by: her son Lee S. Wozniak C. P. D.; her daughter-in-law Jacklyn Wozniak; her siblings, Midge Stanevicius and Vincent Novak; and her husband LeRoy.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Olivia Wozniak (Michelle) and Grace Albrecht (David); and her great grandchildren, Stevie Lee and Bleu Cheese.
