He is survived by: his significant other Turner DeArmond; his parents, Rod and Wendy; his stepfather Michael; his sisters, Channing, Maggie and Sierra; his nephews, Jonah and Liam; his niece Julia; and his grandmothers, Marsha Weiss and Diana Valdez.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Cemetery (5740 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79407).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests mourners make a donation in Jack's memory to a local animal shelter of their choice.
