He is survived by : his daughters, Renee Cyrus Carter of Dallas, TX and Marisa Carter of Atlanta, GA; his grandparent D'Ondre Cyrus (Arlette) of Dallas, TX.; his siblings, Richard Carter (Ora) of Grand Rapids, MI., Joyce Carter of St Louis, MO, Jacquelyn Davis of Hayti, MO, Lettie Carter of Atlanta, GA and Kathryn Carter of St. Louis, MO.; his aunts, Albertine Barrett of Lakeland, FL. and Germaine Covington of Atlanta, GA; and his cousin Carolyn White of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Word Outreach Fellowship Church (500 S 3rd St, Hayti, MO 63851).
