With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Morris Sr. (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on May 29, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Michael Morris (Blanca) and Jimmy Morris; his parents, Paul Morris and Vincenza Morris; his grandchildren, Sophia and Luca; and his brother Christopher Morris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Notre Dame Parish (1334 W Flournoy St, Chicago, IL 60607). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
